Broken into 3 x 20 minute segments to easily fit into your day, this DVD consists of an upper body workout, a core workout and a lower body workout so each body part will be utilised to transform your excess weight into muscle!
Upper Body Workout - These exercises specifically target the front and the back of the upper body! By using weights with repetitive reps your muscles will become strong and more defined. As you get stronger increase the weights for effectiveness. (20 mins)
Lower Body Workout - This workout is choreographed to shape up the hips, thighs, glutes and quads. You will feel the burn and tremor as you push your muscle groups beyond their normal limits. (20 mins)
Core Workout - Everyone should be training their core muscles regularly! Having a strong core is vital to your overall well-being! By practising these exercises, all your core muscles will be engaged, leaving you with a strong, tighter tummy! (20 mins)

Great for toning and building up strength
LOVE this DVD. I'd been using Frankie's first DVD and really liked the toning workout in that, but all three in this one are awesome for tightening and toning everything up while burning some fat too. I've been using this DVD 3 times a week plus the Josie Gibson 30 Second Slim dvd twice a week and have gone down a dress size in six weeks which I'm very happy with.
There are no complicated moves, the instruction is great, no distracting chatter and you need very little space. Equipment wise you just need an exercise mat and some pairs of dumbbells - they use 1kg, 2kg and 3kg and recommend what to use for each exercise - and how to adjust to suit your own fitness levels. I Can't recommend this enough.

As good as their first DVD
As with the first DVD that these ladies released, this one is also excellent! Chaptered by body area, each workout is about 20 min. long and covered all major muscle groups. What I like most, is that the workouts are not rushed and you get a breather in between sets. Stunning location (same as the first DVD) and nice contemporary instrumental music. The workouts are intermediate level, but an advanced beginner will also benefit from these although there are no modifications shown. Highly recommended!
