I so needed something to keep me thinking positive so I got this DVD. You need all the patience from this world to go with this DVD to the end. I am doing it all, on Sunday's.The music it's relaxing and Nadia's voice is very calming. I will recommend the DVD

For the last month and a half, I had been suffering from the most horrendous anxiety and stress due to work. I found even doing the smallest things very difficult. Every day was a struggle and really upsetting for me. I just prayed to feel myself again. I knew about this DVD coming out from following Nadia on Instagram so thought I would try it to see if it could help me at all.
When I first sat down on my mat at the beginning, my head was swimming so much, due to my stress, that I nearly gave up, but I was determined to keep going. Within five minutes I truly felt calmer and as I progressed through the breathing section, the stress release section, and all the sections, all the way through to the Savasna, I calmed even more. Nadia has the most beautiful voice that made me slow the madness of my mind and listen to just her, I cried a few times from how she relaxed me so. I am actually crying now as I write this as I can not say enough how much she has helped me, from where I was, to now, after two weeks of doing her meditation and stretching every day, is just a miracle. Even when I am not playing her DVD I walk around saying some of her affirmations out loud or to myself and they wash over me as if they were a blanket of comfort and calm. I honestly can not thank her enough and can not recommend this enough. It gave me hope and light again and for that, I am forever grateful.
