All his life James has stayed in tip-top shape but as he passed the age of 40, he realised the way he was working out needed to change. In my opinion, the 28 minute total body workout alone is worth the price of this DVD. It's gold! Admittedly, I haven't done or even previewed the other workouts. James moves through the weight workout at a very controlled pace that allows for heavy resistance and a lot of flexibility for optional training modes. It would be very easy to lighten the weight and increase the pace for higher reps or pyramid the weights/pace on each round. Because the rest periods between sets are brief, there is a cardio effect as well. No nonsense and thorough. What more could you ask for?

So pleased to finally find a workout that works for me and is easy to fit into my busy life. I spent a long time looking and was drawn to this over others as it’s really important that the workout is devised by someone with credibility and experience in health and fitness. Also not a bad view which helps the motivation!
