The programme consists of 6 x 15 minute workouts that focus on 2 major body areas per session, such as arms and core and butt & back. Each session consists of exercises where we'll use weights and others where we'll just use our own bodyweight. What a fab workout DVD
I have been looking for a good dumbbell DVD for a long time, and I am so pleased I have found this one. Nothing gimmicky - just straightforward, effective exercises performed in a controlled manner. Charlotte clearly knows her stuff, and the exercises are explained well and easy to follow - even when you are lying down and cannot see the screen she lets you know exactly what you should be doing. She gives the instructions as a voiceover.There is a separate Tutorial section where the exercises are demonstrated - most are dumbbells but a few are just bodyweight.I particularly like that the DVD enables you to program the sections you want to do, so if you don't have a lot of time or want to focus on particular areas you can just pick those. I tend to do all sections with the exception of Cardio, as I prefer to keep my cardio workouts separate from my strength training.I would certainly recommend this DVD to anyone interested in strength and toning.

Great work out at a steady pace where can easily keep up! Good thank can pick programs u really want to do and programme these in so its one after another! Only thing I found disappointing was no cool down at end but I just made my own up from using the warm up part of dvd very good buy and worth the money
